Teamware, Inc. has made its next Pl@za 7.4 product version available for customer implementations. Pl@za 7 is a modern digital experience platform for advancing digital transformations cost effectively for companies and organizations of all sizes.

Pl@za 7.4 improvements concentrate in content and site management productivity improvements. Content Managers can now filter content searches by categories, tags, and structures enabling faster access to and selection of desired items. Media Library allows for bulk management of documents, files, images, and folders for copying, moving, and processing. Copying documents now brings their type, categories, and tags automatically for reuse. In addition, Knowledge Base articles can be scheduled for publication.

Pl@za 7.4 default error pages have been made more user-friendly. 404 and 500 pages can be easily customized for each site as needed. The new version features more UI enhancements as well as performance improvements for Publications. Finally, Asset Libraries can dynamically extend their vocabularies across sites connected to them.

Technical advances include managing session time-out parameters in settings at system, portal, and site levels, as well as improved management of user consents for cookies. In addition, Captcha authentication is now also available with Headless API. Pl@za 7.4 version includes bug fixes and version updates to underlying database, platform, and infrastructure software, as well as security patches and application maintenance updates.
